Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your shoot. Bookings are only secured once the deposit is received and written confirmation is issued. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods. All prices are in GBP and must be paid in full before delivery of services. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. If I’m available on your new date, your deposit will be transferred at no extra cost. If I’m unavailable, your booking will be treated as a cancellation in line with my Refund Policy. If I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, all amounts paid will be refunded in full or transferred to a new agreed date. Local travel is included. Travel beyond a 30 mile radius of Cambridge may incur extra charges (unless agreed in advance). For some venues, you may need to arrange access or permits. Please ensure the location is safe and accessible. Delays caused by the Client or venue may shorten shooting time without refund. Digital images are delivered within 2 weeks via secure online gallery or download link. Physical products (albums, prints) are only supplied if agreed in advance, with separate delivery timescales and charges agreed in writing by both photographer and customer. All images remain the copyright of Huangtography. You receive a personal-use licence unless otherwise agreed. I may use selected images for my portfolio, marketing, and promotion unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot. By paying the deposit, you confirm you have read and agree to this Booking Policy along with the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
